How to Delete an Account?
Step 1: Understand the Impact of Deleting Your Finger Account
- You will lose all data and content in the account, such as emails and files.
- You will no longer be able to use Finger services accessed through that account, such as Finger Trader.
- You will lose access to subscriptions and purchased content in Finger Trader.
Step 2: Log in to Finger Account Information
If you are a computer user
- Go totrade.fingertrader.comLog in to your Finger account
- Click Personal Information
If you are a mobile user
- Log in to the Finger Trader App
- Select 'My' to enter [My Page]
- Select Settings to enter [Personal Information]
Step 3: Delete Your Finger Account
Important: If your Finger account has already opened, the deletion process will require additional steps.
If you are a computer user
- Scroll to 'Delete Account.'
- Select [Delete Account] > [Proceed to Delete Account]
- Follow the instructions to delete your account.
If you are a mobile user
- Scroll to 'Delete Account.'
- Select [Delete Account] > [Proceed to Delete Account]
- Follow the instructions to delete your account.
How to Recover a Deleted Finger Account?
If you change your mind or accidentally delete your Finger account, you may be able to recover it within a certain period. Please contact Finger for assistance.
